Easy Spaghetti

Ingredienser

  • 1 lb Ground Beef

  • Pasta of choice (I use Barilla Protein+ Thin Spaghetti Pasta)

  • 24 oz jar Pasta sauce of choice (I use Kroger brand Mushroom & Green Pepper Chunky Pasta Sauce)

  • 1 Onion, diced

  • 1 Bell Pepper, diced

  • 1 small Zucchini, diced small

  • 1 tsp Garlic, minced

Vejledning

  1. Sauté vegetables, when soft add ground beef and brown. Drain and add back to pot.

  2. Add pasta sauce, mix well and simmer covered.

  3. Boil noodles, drain. Reserve 1-3 ladles of pasta water.

  4. Add pasta water to pasta sauce.

  5. Top with cheese of choice.

Notater

Serve with garlic bread and salad.
