Creamy Crab & Celery Salad (classic Lemon-dill Seafood Salad

Ingredienser

2 cups cooked crab meat (real or imitation), chopped

1 cup celery, finely diced

¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp Dijon mustard

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

1 tsp lemon zest (optional)

Lettuce leaves or croissants for serving

Prepare Ingredients

Chop the crab meat into bite-sized pieces. Dice celery and onion finely for even texture.

Make the Dressing

In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.

Combine

Add crab meat, celery, onion, and fresh dill into the bowl. Gently fold everything together until evenly coated.

Chill

Cover and refrigerate for at least 20–30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

Serve

Serve cold over lettuce, in sandwiches, wraps, or with crackers.
