Sweet & Sour Braised Chicken

1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp each salt & pepper
8 thighs
2 tbgsp oil
1 onion in wedges
2 carrots, chunked
1 green pepper, chunked
1/2 c oj
1/4 c splenda granules
1/4 c each soy sauce & tomato paste
1 tbsp corn starch
3 cloves garlic, minced
Vejledning
Combine flour, salt, pepper, coat chicken.
In shallow dutch oven borwn chicken in the oil. Add rest of oil to pan, saute onion, carrots, pepper. Return chicken to pan.
Whisk oj, 1/2 c water, splenda, soy sauce, tomato paste, corn starch, & garlic. Add to pan, bring to boil.
Cover & simmer 40 minutes (at least).
