Phyllo Almond Croissant

Ingredienser

Almond Filling

2 eggs

1 stick (113g) butter, softened or melted

2/3 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/3 cups almond flour

Pinch salt

Whisk everything together until smooth.

Layer 6-8 sheets of phyllo, lightly spraying with avocado oil between layers. Spread a line of the almond filling across the middle, fold the sides, add more of the paste on top and sprinkle with sliced or slivered raw almond.

Vejledning

Place on a parchment-lined tray, and bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes until golden.

Finish with a dusting of powdered sugar and enjoy ✨
