• 1 frozen hashbrown patty
• 1-2 eggs scrambled (OR scrambled egg beaters/whites)
• 3 oz air fried chicken (strips or nuggets, chopped)
• 1 tsp chipotle sauce
• 1 TBS shredded cheese
• veggies of choice (pico, cooked peppers, onion, spinach, etc
Vejledning
1. Prepare hashbrown according to package directions (I just pop mine into the toaster for a few minutes until crisp)
2. Prepare egg(s) of choice, I usually just scramble mine but over easy would be good here too
3. Prepare chicken of choice (you can also use rotisserie here if you're in a rush!)
Assemble bowl/tupperware in this order: -hashbrown patty (I mash a little bit) -scrambled egg/egg beaters -chicken (cut into bite sized chunks) -drizzle of chipotle sauce -shredded cheese
These directions are for 1 bowl, but I like to prep 3-4 at a time for a quick grab + go breakfast!
