1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix or ½ head each thinly sliced green and purple cabbage, 2-3 peeled, shredded carrots and five diced green onions

½ medium red onion

⅔ cup mayo

¼ cup agave or preferred sweetener

3 tablespoons olive oil or preferred oil

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

½ teaspoon poppy seeds

¼ teaspoon salt

Vejledning

Gather the ingredients.

Combine coleslaw mix and onion in a large bowl.

Whisk mayo, agave, oil, vinegar, poppy seeds, and salt together in a medium bowl until blended.

Pour dressing over coleslaw mixture and toss to coat. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
