• 1lb. lean beef • finely diced green pepper nion, mushroom (optional • 1/2 packet au jus seasoning • 1/4 cup water • 1/2 block reduced fat cream cheese • skim mozzarella (approx 1/2 cup)
Vejledning
Brown lean beef, finely diced veggies (if using) until meat is browned and veggies are tender. Sprinkle 1/2 packet au jus seasoning and 1/4 cup of water over this and stir until combined
Stir in 1/2 block cream cheese until melted/combined. Add meat mixture to an 8x8 casserole dish and add skim mozzarella on top
Bake on 400 for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted
eat alone as a low carb meal or serve over homemade fries!
