Chilli Oil Wontons

Ingredienser

INGREDIENTS (makes 25)

Filling

250g pork mince

3 spring onions

Handful chopped coriander

1 egg

2-3 tbsp chicken stock/broth mixed with 1 tsp cornflour

1 clove garlic

1 inch chopped ginger

1 tbsp light soy sauce

pinch salt

200g wonton wrappers

Chilli oil (ingredients for half wontons, double if eating all at once)

2 tbsp chilli crisp oil (or sub for normal chilli oil)

1 tbsp water

1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar

1 tbsp light soy sauce

Vejledning

Combine all of the ingredients for the filling together in a bowl and mix

Scoop 1 teaspoon of filling onto each wonton wrapper, fold in half into a triangle and fold in both corners then pinch together

Combine all of the ingredients for the sauce and bring your water to boil

Boil the wontons for 3 minutes (in two batches) and once they float to the top take them out

Spoon over the sauce and enjoy
