Ingredienser

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried oregano

2 tsp cumin powder

2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp chilli powder (adjust spiciness to taste)

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tsp cornstarch

Vejledning

Combine ingredients.

Store in an airtight container.

Makes 2.5 tablespoons. Combine with 1lbs/500g mince meat, 1/2 cup water, 1 diced onion and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.

Notater

We've added cornstarch to ensure that it doesn't cake
