Ingredienser

Lemonade” is a misnomer, just as much as Suíça, since this neither uses lemons nor linked to the Swiss. Obrigado!

At its core, the recipe is limes blended with water and condensed milk. Some go the extra mile to remove pith by zesting and peeling, but I opted not to given the amount of videos I saw just raw dawgin’ it—and I regret it. It’s bitter as f%$#.

Decided to rip a cocktail inspired by the crew at @schmuck.ny where they add sparkling coconut water to lengthen it out. Not sure if they use Cachaça, but I did because.. Brazil.

Next time I’ll go the extra mile.

LIMONADA SUÍÇA BASE

3 washed limes, quartered

3 cups of water

14oz (1 can) condensed milk

Vejledning

Place limes and water in a blender, run on high for 60 seconds. Fine strain through a fine mesh, then add condensed milk. Start at half the can (7oz), blend and taste. Add more condensed milk to your preference of sweetness.

LIMONADA SUÍÇA [inspired by schmuck.]

1.5oz | 45ml limonada suíça base

1.5oz | 45ml cachaça

2oz | 60ml sparkling coconut water

Combine limonada and cachaça in a shaker tin, add ice, and shake. In a tall glass with ice, add in sparkling coconut water and double strain cocktail overtop. Gently combine with a spoon. Garnish with lime zest.
