LONGHORN MELTY PARMESAN CHICKEN

Ingredienser

• 2 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins • 3 TBS Greek yogurt • 2 TBS Parmesan • 1/2 TBS ranch seasoning

Topping: • 1 TBS Parmesan • 1 TBS Italian panko

Vejledning

1. Mix together plain greek yogurt, parmesan, and ranch seasoning (don't worry, this turns into CHEESE when cooked!)

2. Season chicken tenderloins with seasoning salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and air fry on 400F for 5 minutes.

3. Flip chicken, then add greek yogurt mixture over both pieces.

4. Top with more parmesan and italian panko, cook for 5 more minutes on 400 then remove from air fryer and let rest for a couple minutes before eating.

5. Pair with sides of choice and enjoy!
