Yogurt Flour Tortillas

Ingredienser

All you need:

250g Greek yogurt

250g self-rising flour

2 tbsp olive oil

That’s it. No drama.

Vejledning

Mix everything in a bowl. When it turns into a dough, leave on your countertop for 30 mins (because dough needs me-time too 😌).

Then divide into 4, shape into a ball and let them rest again for 20 mins: because apparently, they’re tired.

Roll them out thin like your patience on a Monday 🫩, cook on a hot pan until both sides look golden and fabulous.

Cover with a clean towel to keep them soft and warm like a good hug.
