Protein Cheesecake

Ingredienser

- 160g cottage cheese

- 100g low fat cream cheese

- 1 egg

- Juice half a lemon

- 30g 0 cal sweetener

- 10ml vanilla extract

- A pinch of salt

- 40g blended oats

- 15g light butter (melted)

- 20g brown stevia (sub with normal sweetener)

- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

- Pinch of salt

Vejledning

Oven bake for 30-45 mins at 180°C no fan then allow to cool fully before placing on the fridge overnight to set
