Air Fryer Wings

1 lb wing sections
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp or so seasoning (watch the salt!)
**Honey Sriracha sauce**
2 tbsp bachan's Japanese bbq sauce
1 tbsp Sriracha
1 tbsp honey
vegetable oil spray

Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray. Dry the wings with paper towels. The dryer they are, the crisper they'll turn out. Season wings lightly with the dry seasoning.
preheat air fryer to 375°F.
Whisk flour and some more of the dry seasoning in a small bowl. Lightly coat each wing in the seasoned flour, then arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 375°F for 15 minutes. Flip the wings over, then raise the temperature to 425°F. Continue to air fry at the higher temperature for an additional 10-15 minutes. Watch closely to avoid burning, and flip occasionally if necessary.
In a large bowl, toss with the sauce, and transfer immediately to a plate. Serve immediately.
Notater
classic buffalo sauce is 1:1 butter and Frank's red hot, plus a little honey (or sugar) for caramelization.
