Cooking spray 4 cod fillets 170ml lime juice A handful of fresh parsley, chopped 2 tbsp dried thyme 1 shallol, chopped 2 garlic doves, cmshed 1 tsp chilli powder 2 tsp paprika Salt and black pepper 60ml olive oil To serve: Rice

Vejledning

1 Preheat the grill to high. Line a rimmed baking tray with tin foil and coat with cooking spray. Add the cod fillets.

2 Combine the remaining ingredients in a food processor and pulse until they form a paste.

3 Spread over the cod and grill for 6-8 minutes until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve warm with a side of rice.
