Beansprouts with Garlic Oil

Dressing:
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
Pinch ground white pepper
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
Vejledning
Mix above ingredients together and set aside.
Garlic oil:
4-6 large cloves garlic (finely sliced)
3 tbsp oil (olive, sunflower, peanut all ok)
In a small cold pan with the oil and garlic bring to a medium heat and taking off the heat when it reaches light golden brown (approx 2-3 min), set aside.
500g (mung or soy bean sprouts)
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1.5 boiling water
In a large bowl with sprouts, salt and oil, add boiling water and strain well after 5-10 seconds.
To plate: pour the dressing and garlic oil over the beansprouts, serve hot or cold alongside your meal. Enjoy!
