Seven Layer Casserole

Ingredienser

2 large potatoes, sliced

1 lb. Hamburger

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. dill weed

3 stalks celery, chopped

1 medium onion, sliced

11 ounce can whole kernel

corn, drained

10 3/4 ounce can tomato soup

3/4 soup can water

1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated

3/4 cup bread crumbs

Vejledning

Heat oven to 375º. Parboil the

sliced potatoes for 5 min. and

drain. Place in the bottom of a

greased 2 quart casserole. In

skillet, brown hamburger, salt,

pepper, garlic powder, dill

weed and celery. Drain; place

on top of potatoes. Place sliced

onion on top of hamburger.

Spread can of corn on top of

onions. Pour tomato soup

mixed with 3/4 can water over

all the layers. Add grated

cheese on top of all. Put bread

crumbs on top of cheese. Bake

one hour. Seasoned crumbs

may be substituted for bread

crumbs.
