Honey Butter Crispy Chicken Cutlet

Ingredienser

4 chicken thighs

1 tsp ginger (sliced)

1 tbsp Garlic (minced)

1 tbsp Oyster Sauce

2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce

Pinch Salt

Pinch Pepper

Corn starch

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp Minced Garlic

1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Honey

Vejledning

Add all marinade ingredients together and let sit for 30 mins

Coat chicken in choice of starch

Add butter to a pan and fry chicken until fully cooked and set aside

Add sauce ingredients to pan and let thicken up

Mix chicken in sauce
