DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHUNK BOWLS

• 3 TBS any pancake mix
• 3 TBS chocolate protein powder (Ilike this)
• 1 TBS cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup pumpkin (canned)
• 1/4 cup (or more) protein shake or milk
• optional chocolate chips to taste
Optional toppings: • greek yogurt thinned with protein shake • granola or nuts • sugar free caramel syrup
Vejledning
In a small bowl or glass tupperware, mix together pancake mix and protein powder, add protein shake (or milk), pumpkin, and cocoa powder
Mix but don't over-stir, it should result in a pancake batter consistency, it's ok if your batter is lumpy!
Microwave 1 minute, 15 seconds or until cooked through.
Enjoy with optional drizzle of pancake syrup! Feel free to add fun toppings like a mindful sprinkle of chocolate chips, nuts, or granola!
