1 box InnovAsian Crispy Honey Chicken
1 box InnovAsian Sticky White Rice
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce

Prepare InnovAsian Crispy Honey Chicken and Sticky White Rice according to their package directions. When the chicken is cooked, dice it into small pieces. Mix in the honey sauce. Using an onigiri mold or your hands, fill the rice balls with a spoonful of the chicken and form them into a compact triangular shape. (If using your hands, wet them with water to prevent the rice from sticking.) In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, honey and soy sauce. Brush the sauce onto both sides of the onigiri. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the onigiri to the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned and caramelized. Remove the onigiri from the pan and brush with any leftover honey butter. Enjoy!
