Crockpot Candied Pecans

1 lb pecans (or other nuts)
1 egg white
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Vejledning
Mix the egg white and vanilla together, and set aside.
In another bowl, combine the sugars, salt and cinnamon.
Add the egg mixture and pecans to the crockpot, and toss to combine. Make sure the pecans are well coated.
Now, add the sugar mixture, and toss until evenly coated.
Set your crockpot to low, and cook with the lid off, for two hours. Stir regularly, so the nuts don’t burn. Allow your candied pecans to cool slightly. Then, enjoy.
