Golden Lava Shrimp

Shrimp
1 lb shrimp (26/30 ct)
1 cup gluten-free flour
1 large egg
1 tbsp @chinsu_usa Hot Sauce
Salt, pepper & garlic seasoning
Golden Lava Aioli
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp Chin Su Hot Sauce
1 tbsp Chin Su Fish Sauce
1 tbsp honey
Juice of 1 lime
Vejledning
Whisk together all Golden Lava Aioli ingredients until smooth. Transfer to a container and refrigerate until ready to use.
In a bowl, combine shrimp, egg, hot sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic seasoning. Toss until evenly coated.
Transfer shrimp into seasoned gluten-free flour and toss again until fully coated.
Heat oil to 350°F 🔥 Fry shrimp in batches for about 90 seconds until lightly golden. Remove to a wire rack.
Once all shrimp are fried, drop them back in for a second fry for 2 minutes for that extra crispy crunch 💥🍤
Toss shrimp with about 1/4 cup of the Golden Lava Aioli until coated.
Serve over white rice 🍚 and garnish with scallions & furikake ✨.
