South Carolina Coast Curried Crab Dip

Ingredienser

1/2 to 1 c mayonnaise

2 tsp mild yellow curry powder

1 clove garlic, peeled and minced

2 to 3 tbsp lemon juice

3/4 pound cooked lump crabmeat, picked over

salt and pepper to taste

Vejledning

This dip can be thickened by reducing the amount of mayo, or thinned by adding more, which makes it a two for one - the thicker version is perfect for stuffing into vegetables (which can be eaten as an entred), while the creamier variety is idea for crudites (definitely a snack).
