Ingredienser

300 g of dry lentils

Salt to taste

1 teaspoon of baking powder or 1 teaspoon of baking soda neutralized with lemon juice/vinegar — (be careful not to overdo it, so the doesn’t turn bitter)

2 tablespoons of oil

Vejledning

Mix all the ingredients in a blender. If the blender can’t blend well, add a little water.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 35 minutes. Grease the baking mold with oil or bake on parchment paper. #breadmaking #proteinbread #lentils
