This cocktail was created by Ariana Vitale (@bougieexplorer) at Rider in Seattle, WA. The drink is bright and balanced. The whiskey and pineapple are a natural combo, and the lemon and Aperol remind you of a Paper Plane. A touch of honey rounds it all out.

WICKED BEHAVIOR 🍍

1½ oz. / 45 ml. bourbon

¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. Aperol

¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. elderflower liqueur

¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. pineapple juice

¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. fresh lemon juice

¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. honey syrup

Vejledning

add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice and shake until chilled / strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with dehydrated pineapple slice
