CROCKPOT GARLIC CHICKEN SANDWICHES

• 8 boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins (or 4 breasts)
• 1 tsp Garlic Parmesan seasoning packet (from walmart, OR dry ranch seasoning works too
• 1/2 bottle Buffalo Wild Wings
Parmesan Garlic Sauce (Walmart)
• 1/4 cup milk or chicken broth
• 1/2 block reduced fat cream cheese
• Low carb hamburger buns of choice (l use Healthy Life)
• optional slice crispy bacon + ultra thin sliced colby jack cheese
Vejledning
1. Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-5 (just until chicken is tender and shreds apart easily) Shred chicken with 2 forks (or a hand mixer).
2. Place filling between 2 toasted buns (I use low carb buns) and top with a thin slice of cheese and a slice of crispy bacon.
3. Serve with sides of choice (we like ours with a mindful serving of air fried fries and a green veggie or side salad)
