This Is My Type of Fruitcake! Tiki Style

This cocktail was created by Mindy Kucan (@drinkswmindy) for Hale Pele (Portland, OR). This holiday tiki drink will transport you to the tropics, but give you all the notes of a fruitcake.

NUTTY LIKE A FRUITCAKE 🎄

1½ oz. / 45 ml. Demerara rum

½ oz. / 15 ml. spiced rum

½ oz. / 15 ml. dry curaçao

¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. allspice dram

1 oz. / 30 ml. fresh orange juice

½ oz. / 15 ml. fresh lemon juice

¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. orgeat

1 dash Angostura bitters

nutmeg to garnish

Vejledning

add all ingredients to shaker tin / add a small amount of crushed ice and whip shake / dump into glass / top with crushed or pebble ice / garnish with clove studded orange slice, cinnamon stick, and freshly grated nutmeg
