Slow Cooker Beef Rendang

Ingredienser

Slow Cooker Series Beef Rendang (serves 4)

1 onion finely diced

1 tbsp. garlic and ginger paste

1 heaped tbsp. tomato puree

1 heaped tbsp. lemongrass paste

1 heaped tbsp. garam masala

1 tsp. chilli flakes

½ tsp. turmeric

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 beef stockpot

3 tbsp. kecap manis

60g desiccated coconut toasted

1 x 400g tin coconut milk

800g Beef Cheek cubed approx. 2 cheeks

Juice 1 lime

1 tbsp. sugar

Vejledning

1: Pop all of the ingredients apart from the lime juice and sugar into your slow cooker pot then cook on the high setting for four hours or the low setting for eight. To finish the curry add the lime juice and sugar to taste then serve with a portion of rice
