Ingredienser

2 oz. Jamaican Rum, @appletonestateja

¾ oz. Passionfruit Syrup

¾ oz. Lime Juice

½ oz. Pineapple Juice

¼ oz. Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur

¼ oz. Campari, @campariofficial

Whip shake with crushed ice.

Vejledning

Pour into a glass or tiki mug.

Top with crushed ice.

Garnish: Cocktail umbrella, pineapple wedge & fronds.

A modern tiki drink carrying the name of the now closed Chicago bar from which it was born.

Paul McGee’s Lost Lake might present itself as a play on the Jungle Bird, but this cocktail is actually a riff on another Chicago modern classic, The Riviera by Toby Maloney.

A few drops of saline solution could really make this one pop off. A pinch of salt added to cocktails that are citrus or fruit forward can make those flavors shine.

Get out those tiny umbrellas, people!
