Good chicken here • 5 oz DRY pasta (I like linguine)
SAUCE: • 1/2 cup teriyaki • 2 TBS honey • 1/2 tsp garlic, ginger, red pepper
• veggies of choice, I like finely chopped broccoli, shredded carrots, and cabbage here

cook pasta until tender, mix sauce ingredients together in a small bowl, set aside
Prepare chicken of choice, I like the Real Good Crispy chicken nuggets when I'm in a rush. I like to toss in a drizzle of teriyaki sauce after cooking
In a large skillet misted with nonstick spray, sauté veggies of choice until tender (but not mushy), add pasta and sauce. Gently toss until combined. This makes about 3
servings for me.
Add a portion of this to your plate/bowl, then add a serving of your chicken
