Ingredients (1 batch)
500 g Chobani Greek yogurt
10 ml lemon juice (2 tsp)
1/4 tsp salt

Mix everything together in a bowl
Place into a cheesecloth, clean kitchen towel or paper towel-lined strainer over a bowl
Weigh it down gently with a bowl or mug
Leave in the fridge for 24 hours until thick and creamy
Press down lightly before unwrapping for extra thickness
