Crispy Salmon Rice Balls / Yaki Onigiri

These are so quick and easy to make, and great for when the fridge is looking a lillill empty🙃

Drain 1 can of salmon (or other fish/meat) and mix with 1 cup of warm cooked rice, around 3 Tbsp mayo and as much sriracha as tolerable (I use about 2 tsp). *optional* mix in furikake or other seasonings.
Form the mixture into even sized balls or patties, then spray with oil and cook in the airfryer at 400F for 15mins, or until golden and crispy. Let cool for 5 mins to harden.
Mix together soy sauce, mayo and sriracha to dip in - or eat straight up!
