BRUNCH BURGER BOWLS

Ingredienser

• 1 cup diced hashbrowns (I get the kind with peppers/onions mixed in) • 3-4 oz lean ground beef (approx 1/2 cup cooked) • 1 TBS any chipotle sauce • 1 TBS shredded cheese • 1 slice cooked bacon • 1 over easy egg (optional) • optional sliced avocado

Vejledning

Prepare hashbrown according to package directions (I air fry on 400 for about 15 min, shake 10-15 more min or until crisp)

Prepare ground beef with seasonings of choice (or breakfast sausage works too)

Cook bacon, slice avocado and set aside. If making an over easy egg, I like to crack an egg into a skillet (sprayed with nonstick spray) on medium heat, let it sit until bottom is set then gently flip and cook other side until set, this doesn't take long.

Assemble bowl/tupperware in this order: -1 cup hashbrowns -1/2 cup ground beef -drizzle of chipotle sauce -shredded cheese -I slice bacon, cut in half -optional egg -thin sliced avocado
