High Protein Meal Prep Salt N Pepper Chicken & Chips

This makes 5 servings

Chop 80g bell pepper, 50g onion and spring onion

Then to 600g raw chicken add dd tbsp garlic, 30ml light soy sauce, black pepper and 30g flour ‼️

Pokyny

Mix together and cook for 10 mins with on high heat with tbsp sesame oil

Set aside and add:

Tbsp garlic

Your chopped bell pepper and onion

80nl light soy sauce

15g honey

Cooked chicken

Stir, let it simmer and finish with spring onion

For the chips 🥔

Dice 800g raw white potato into fries

add tbsp garlic powder, tbsp paprika, tbsp black pepper and tbsp olive oil 🫒

Oven or Air fry for @220°C for 15 mins

Add equal portions to meal prep containers
