Buttermilk Pie (Roz Tissier)

Ingredience

1 ½ c sugar

1/3 c butter, melted

1 c buttermilk

½ c Bisquick

1 tsp vanilla (and/or 1 tsp almond)

3 eggs

Pokyny

Beat on low until mixed, on high 1 minute.

Pour into greased pie pan.

Sprinkle top with nutmeg.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
