🍋Lemon Drop Shots!

Ingredience

1 oz vodka

.5 oz lemon juice

.5 oz simple syrup (see below)

Garnish: lemon slice & sugar

Pokyny

1. Begin by preparing your garnish. Dip both sides of a quartered lemon slice into sugar. Set aside.

2. Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add the vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake vigorously.

3. Strain into shot glass. Garnish with sugared lemon.

4. Drink the shot first, then suck on the lemon slice.

Poznámky

To make for a crowd:

8 lemon wedges

1 cup chilled vodka

1/3 cup simple syrup

1/2 cup lemon juice.
