Ingredience

700mL x Thickened cream

20g x Minced garlic

Salt to taste

1 x Onion

1kg x Gnocchi

200g x Mozzarella

150g x Diced bacon

Spring onion

Dump the cream, garlic, and salt into a dish and stir. Add onion, gnocchi, and cheese, then stir again. Top with spring onion and bacon.

Bake covered for 20–30 mins. Take out, add more cheese on top, and grill uncovered until the cheese is melted and crispy.
