Buckeyes

Ingredience

1/2 lb. Margarine (2 sticks)

1 lb. Peanut butter (1 18oz jar)

1 1/2 lb confectioner’s sugar

Large bag of chocolate chips

Paraffin canning wax

Pokyny

Mix softened margarine, peanut butter, and confectioners sugar.

Roll into balls and refrigerate

Melt one bag of chocolate chips and 1/4 bar of grated paraffin in double boiler

Dip balls in chocolate snd put on wax paper.

Poznámky

This recipe makes a lot—much more than you’d expect from the 2 cups of peanut butter. Prob makes at least 50 large buckeyes
