Peach, Arugula, Mozzarella Salad

Ingredience

1 peach

3 cups arugula

1/2 mozzarella ball or burrata

Balsamic glaze

Olive oil

Finishing salt

Slice the peach and mozzarella into thin slices

Dress the arugula in olive oil

Plate the arugula

Layer the mozzarella and peach slices over the arugula

Drizzle glaze and top with flakey salt
