Chocolate Pudding Mix

Ingredience

3-1/4 C unsweetened cocoa

6-1/2 C sugar

2-2/3 C corn starch

1 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla powder it you have it. See instructions

Pokyny

Mix together and put in a large container (bigger than half gallon). This makes a huge batch.

To make use:

1 cup Homemade Chocolate Pudding Mix

2 3/4 cups of milk

2 Tbsp butter (softened)

1 tsp vanilla extract (unless used vanilla powder in the mix

In a heavy bottom pot, combine your pudding mix and the milk. Stir over medium heat until the mixture thickens.

Remove from the heat, and stir in the softened butter. Keep stirring until it disappears into your pudding.

Stir in the vanilla.

Pour into individual serving bowls or into a large casserole dish.

Serve at room temperature or chill. ENJOY!

Poznámky

Yum. Makes a huge batch. I believe the butter is optional. I used 1 tsp of vanilla powder in the mix but can use vanilla extract when you make the pudding instead.
