Churros

Ingredience

1 cup water

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon sugar

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs

Oil for frying

½ cup sugar + 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for coating)

Pokyny

In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.

Remove from heat and stir in flour until dough forms.

Let cool slightly, then beat in eggs one at a time.

Pipe dough using a star tip into hot oil.

Fry until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Roll in cinnamon sugar and serve warm.
