Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake

Double Chocolate Base:
• 1/2 cup (40g) Oats
• 20g Chocolate Protein Powder (optional)
• 1/3 cup Almond Milk (or any milk)
•1/2 tbsp Sweetener (Maple syrup)
•1 tsp Flax seeds
• 1 tsp Chia seeds
• 1 tsp Cocoa powder
• Splash of Vanilla extract
Biscoff Cheesecake Layer:
• 1.5 tbsp Plain Cream Cheese (Light)
• 1/2 tbsp Biscoff Spread
• (Mix these until super creamy!) Magic Shel:
• 10g Melted Dark Chocolate •1 tsp Coconut ol

Instructions:
1. Make the Base: In your jar or bowl, mix all the Base ingredients together. Stir until well combined and thickened.
2. Make the Cheesecake: In a small bowl, whisk the cream cheese and Biscoff spread until smooth. Spread this luscious layer over your oats.
3. The Magic Shell: Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together. Pour it gently over the cheesecake layer.
4. Chill: Place in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight to let the shell crack and the oats soften.
5. Serve: Crack through the chocolate and enjoy the layers!
