"Shrub" Fruit Soda

Ingredience

1 cup raspberries

1 cup peaches (peeled and cubed)

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup champagne vinegar

Pokyny

Crush raspberries, peaches and sugar ina bowl.

Cover and refrigerate for a day.

Strain the mixture.

Whisk the syrup and vinegars until sugar is dissolved.

Pour into clean mason jar. Refridgerate for 1-2 weeks.

Spread on toast or spoon over ice cream.

1 1/2 cup marionberries

4 limes zest

1 cup sugar

1 cup apple cider vinegar
