Lorna Doone Pudding Dessert

Ingredience

1 package of Lorna Doone cookies, crushed

1 cup, crushed walnuts

1 stick butter

8 ounce cream cheese, softened

1 cup, Cool Whip

1 cup powdered sugar

2 boxes lemon instant or chocolate pudding

3 cups milk

Pokyny

Mixed together the cookies, walnuts, and butter. Press into a 9 x 13“ pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes and let cool.

Mixed together, the cream cheese, Cool Whip, and powdered sugar and spread on top of the cookie mixture.

Beat together the pudding and the milk until thick. Spread over the Cool Whip mixture. Cover with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.

Chill in the refrigerator.
