Gluten-free carrot cake

Ingredience

1 box GF yellow cake mix

1 C water

1/2 C oil

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

2 tsp vanilla

4 eggs

1 C finely shredded carrots (2 medium)

1/4 C chopped pecans or walnuts

Pokyny

Beat cake mix, water, oil, spices and eggs. Stir in carrots and pecans. Spread in 8-9" lightly sprayed pan. Bake 36-41 mins for 8" pan or 33-38 mins for 9" pan. Cool completely.
