Magic Pancakes (flourless)

Six ingredients and that’s it.

INGREDIENTS (makes 5 pancakes)

1 egg

2 tbsp (25 g) sugar

¾ cup (180 g) ricotta

Orange zest or extract

6 tbsp (50 g) cornstarch

½ tsp (3 g) baking powder

2 tbsp chocolate chips, optional)

Pokyny

In a bowl, mix egg, sugar, ricotta, and zest.

Add cornstarch and baking powder, then mix again.

Cook on medium-low heat with a lid on, 3 minutes per side.

Add your favorite topping and… HAPPY PANCAKING : )
