Ms. Rieger's 9in Pie Crust

Ingredience

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup Crisco shortening

4-5 tbsp ice water

Pokyny

Sift flour and salt together

Add Crisco and cut in with a pastry blender. Mix until the size of peas. Sprinkle in water and mix with a fork. Dough should have the texture of Playdough! Roll into a circle and put inside a 9in pie pan. Leave 1 - 1 1/2 inches for crimping. Pierce the bottom and sides about 8 times with a fork. Filling and bake.
