Steak Fajita Quesadillas

Ingredience

2 Mission Tortillas

10oz Fully Cooked Steak

I Used "John Soules" Brand)

56g Fat Free Mozzarella

20g Sliced Onion & Bell Peppers

Pokyny

Lightly Spray skillet with olive oli.

Saute Fajitas on Medium heat until softened.

Add Steak. Sear On High Heat until both sides seared.

Remove Steak & Fajitas From Skillet.

Coat Tortillas in skillet remains.

RINSE Cheese & Add 1/4 to the tortilla.

Add 1/4 Steak & Fajitas.

Top with another 1/4 of RINSED Cheese.

Close tortilla and heat on Medium until Cheese melts.

Repeat Steps for second Quesadilla.

Serve & Enjoy!
