banana & cinnamon overnight oats

40g oats
1/2 banana
a pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup or honey
100ml water
100g of high protein yoghurt
optional - 1/2 tsp sweetener
Pokyny
Mix oats, water, 1/2 banana, cinnamon, maple syrup until combined. Microwave for 1min 30sec. Mix sweetener & yoghurt and spread over the oat layer. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight. Top with a couple of banana slices and sprikle some cinnamon to serve!
