Leslie's Butter Tarts

Ingredience

Easy crust:

1/2 cup oil

4 tbsp milk

1/2 cup flour (whole wheat)

1/3 cup demera sugar

Filling:

1 cup demera sugar

1 beaten egg

3 tbsp melted butter

1 tbsp water

1 tsp vanilla

raisins

Pokyny

Mix crust ingredients. Pat into tin shells in muffin tins.

Mix the filling ingredients together.

Drop 1 tbsp raisins into shell

Add butter mixture until 1/2 full shell

Bake 375F for 15 minutes

Tips:

Makes 1 dozen

Use whole wheat flour

Allow to cool fully before removing from tins
